These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Floellia website, products, and any telehealth services made available through Floellia (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction where the Services are offered. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

2. Telehealth Services

Certain products, including NAD+, require completion of a medical intake. Intakes are reviewed by independent, licensed healthcare providers who exercise their own professional judgment. Floellia does not practice medicine and does not provide medical advice.

A provider may decline to prescribe or recommend any product if it is not clinically appropriate. Submitting an intake does not guarantee a prescription or approval. Telehealth is not a substitute for in-person care, and services may be limited by state or local law.

You agree to provide complete and truthful health information and to update your provider about any changes in your health, medications, or allergies.

3. Not for Emergencies

The Services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

4. Medical Disclaimer

All content on this website is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, treatment, or wellness protocol, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Some products are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By enrolling, you authorize Floellia (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period at the then-current price, plus applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; amounts already billed are subject to our Refund Policy. Continued shipments may be paused or ended if a provider determines a product is no longer appropriate.

We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Changes take effect at your next billing period.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing or description errors.

7. Shipping and Returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Prescription or provider-recommended products may not be eligible for return once dispensed.

8. Privacy and Health Information

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Health information shared during intake is handled by the provider network in accordance with applicable law.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, submit false information, resell products, or interfere with the website's operation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, imagery, and branding, is owned by Floellia or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floellia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Floellia harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
